Located in the Diamond Botanical Gardens, the Diamond Waterfall is a popular attraction and a great walk for the whole family. This waterfall is careated by the water from the bubbling sulfur springs of the Diamond Mineral Baths and changes colours a few times a day, from yellow to black then changing to green and finally grey.
Diamond Falls is probably the main attraction (as far as we were concerned) of the Diamond Botanical Gardens and Waterfall property. What made this waterfall stand out is that its waters is laced with minerals as its stream emanated from rainwater mixed with volcanism giving the falls a rather colorful appearance that seemed to change a lot. The falls itself is probably around 10-15m tall and the walkways is well mantained and signposted meandering amongst a very large collection of plants and trees that is important to the island either agriculturally or from a biodiversification standpoint.
Getting to the botanical garden is a fairly straight-forward affair. As you have to weaved your way through the narrow Soufriere streets, you eventually got onto to the Sir Arthur Lewis Street. The turnoff to the garden is on the right a short distance before the bridge over the Soufriere River (around 2km east of Soufriere).

To give you some additional context, the drive from Gros Islet to Soufriere is about 54km (taking us about 90 minutes). It is another half-hour of driving very slowly towards the falls. Gros Islet is on the opposite side of the island from the airport some 65km away (or 90 minutes by vehicle). The flight from the Miami International Airport to the Saint Lucia Airport is on the order of 4 hours.
