Address -: Ruby Falls , Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga, Tennessee ,USA

Ruby Falls is a 145-foot high underground waterfall located within Lookout Mountain, near Chattanooga, Tennessee in the United States.

In 1928, Leo Lambert and a team of excavators found a breathtaking waterfall located over 1,120 feet below the surface of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. Lambert named the falls after his wife, Ruby, and opened the area as a public attraction in 1930. Today, Ruby Falls welcomes thousands of visitors each year. Come tour the falls for yourself and see why it has been one of the best Chattanooga attractions for over 85 years.
To see the waterfall, you first need to get to the very mountain, inside of which water falls from a huge height. Then go down the elevator inside the dungeon, go a certain distance through the cave, where you can see the various exhibits of archaeologists. At the end of this path, a beautiful panorama of the falling water opens. Guided tours are available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and lantern tours are available Fridays from January to mid-September, and during the month of November. Extended tours are available on select days each month. There are plenty of hotels in Chattanooga, and the falls are a 10-minute drive from the city center.
